Gifts Flowers & Plants is a plant nursery and gift shop based at 71 Red Hills Road, St Andrew, Kingston, Jamaica. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means Gifts Flowers & Plants.

Information collected automatically
- Browser storage — your cart, wishlist, and order history are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you complete a purchase.
- Firebase authentication — if you sign in with Google or email, Firebase (Google) processes your login securely. We receive only your email address and display name.
How We Use Your Information
- Fulfilling orders — processing, packaging, and delivering your plants
- Order communications — confirmation messages, delivery updates via WhatsApp or email
- Customer support — responding to enquiries and resolving issues
- Newsletter — only if you subscribe; you can unsubscribe at any time

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Processing
We do not store your credit card or bank account details. Payments are processed by:
- PayPal — for international card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay transactions
- WiPay Financial — for local Jamaican Visa/Mastercard transactions
Each processor has their own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation that payment was successful and a transaction reference number.
Data Sharing
We share your information only where necessary to fulfil your order or as required by law:
- Delivery partners — your name and delivery address are shared with the person delivering your order
- Firebase (Google) — for secure account authentication if you choose to create an account
- EmailJS — used to send order confirmation emails on our behalf
